format_quote Leider sind die Carports für größere Fahrzeuge etwas schmal , der Betreiber müsste darauf achten das beim Einparken genügend Abstand eingehalten wird! Ich musste bei der Abreise auf der Beifahrerseite einsteigen, was bei meinem Fahrzeug sehr mühsam war.

”Chaos bei der Rückkehr”

format_quote Krankheitsbedingt kann ich Ihnen erst heute antworten. Beim Hinflug war alles in Ordnung. Der Mitarbeiter war freundlich und kompetent. Bei unserer Rückkehr gab es dann das totale Chaos am Abholpunkt vor dem Terminal. Es gab keine Organisation. Es wurde gedrängt und geschubst, Reisende die deutlich später als wir gelandet waren, "kämpften" sich in die erste Reihe und wurden vor unserer Gruppe mitgenommen. Einer Ihrer Mitarbeiter erkannte nach ca. einer Stunde das Problem und trennte die Familien mit Kindern von den anderen, um sie bevorzugt wegzubringen. Die Frage nach vorhandenen Kindersitzen wurde dann verneint. Ich habe dann meine Familie mit dem Gepäck in den Flughafen geschickt und bin dann alleine mit Ihrem Shuttle mitgefahren um unserer Auto abzuholen und wieder zum Terminal zurück zu fahren. Ich bat Ihren Fahrer, bei der nächsten Tour hinter ihm her fahren zu dürfen, da mir der Weg zum Flughafen mitten in der Nacht nicht bekannt war. Das hat er auch gemacht, was ich sehr lobenswert fand. Ich gehe davon aus, das Ihnen von diesem unangenehmen Erlebnis einige unserer Mitreisenden berichten werden, denen es vor dem Flughafen ähnlich erging wie uns.
